The Ivanhoe Estate project at Macquarie Park will see the transformation of 259 social housing properties on the 8.2 hectare site into a socially integrated neighbourhood of around 3000 to 3500 properties including over 950 social and 128 affordable rental apartments.

Working in a complicated area requiring minimal resident disturbance, Summit Fencing supplied and installed timber hoarding, chainwire fencing and gates to create a semi-permanent enclosure around the area that is set to be demolished ahevad of the development.​
