Quarry at Greystanes

Project:

The next stage of Dexus’ industrial development Quarry, which already contains the distribution centres for Toshiba, Fujitsu and Makita, was a large warehouse and office space that will have dual tenants.

Summit Fencing had already completed kilometres of fencing and gates in this industrial estate, and once again worked with construction firm Qanstruct to deliver on time and to an exceptionally high standard.

Scope of Work:

• Black Crimp Top Tubular Fencing (1.8 – 2.1m high)
• 7x Slide Gates (7m – 13.5m) automated with GDS Australian Made motors
• Double entry swing gates
• Single pedestrian gates with
• Black Chainwire Fencing with Barbed Wire
• Single height Guard Rail with Handrail
• Double height Guard Rail
• Chainwire Valve Set Enclosures
• Batten Slat Screening & Gates
