PFD Distribution Centre

Project:

Frasers Property Australia commenced the $70 million cold storage and food production warehouse for PFD Food Services at their six-hectare site in Chullora in mid-2017. The 22,208-square-metre facility was completed late 2018, and became PFD’s second major food storage hub.

Summit Fencing were subcontracted by Frasers to supply and install all fencing requirements. The number of different components needing to be installed simultaneously created a challenge for Summit, however being experienced in large projects and with all manufacturing done in-house, the project was completed before time and to a very high standard​.

• 500m of 2100mm high colourbond fencing
•  700m of 2100mm high black crimp tubular top fencing
• 1x Automatic Cantilever Slide Gate for carpark access
• 2x Automatic Slide Gates for truck entry and exit
• Boom Gates
• 3x Egress Gates
• 5x Valve Set Enclosures
• Slat Screen staff outdoor area with gate
• 8m of 3200mm high black chainwire fencing for Refrigeration room
• 84m of 1800mm high galvanised chainwire fencing
• Handrail
• Industrial guard rail
• Removal of existing fencing
