The estate offers excellent logistical advantages, located just 1km from the M5 Motorway with direct links to the M7, Port Botany, and Sydney Airport—key hubs within South Sydney’s logistics network.

Summit Fencing worked in collaboration with Dimensional Contract Australia Pty Ltd to refurbish the fencing for the Goodman warehouse. This included the replacement of perimeter fencing and gates, improving site security and enhancing the property’s modern appearance.
